This legal notice governs access to and use of orkidiastudio.com(the "Site"), owned by Orkidia Studio. Accessing the Site implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Privacy policy

Orkidia Studio processes your personal data in accordance withEU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

What data do we collect?

Only the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Subject and message

We do not collect payment data, health data, or any special category of data.

Why do we use your data?

  • Purpose: to reply to your enquiry or request for information.
  • Legal basis: your explicit consent when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling collaboration requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long do we keep your data?

We retain your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for a maximum of 2 years after it is resolved, unless you request deletion sooner.

Do we share your data with third parties?

Your data is processed solely by Orkidia Studio. As our contact form provider we useFormspree, Inc. (USA), acting as a data processor with appropriate GDPR safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). You can review their privacy policy atformspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to any other third party.

International transfers

Data submitted via the contact form is processed by Formspree on servers in the United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access — know what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data.
  • Restriction — request that we stop using your data while a dispute is resolved.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us athola@orkidiastudio.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of your ID if available. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority:Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) —www.aepd.es.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. There are no analytics scripts, social media pixels, or any tracking technologies.

The only data stored in your browser is your language preference(Spanish or English) using localStorage. This data:

  • Is stored only on your device — never sent to any server.
  • Does not identify any individual.
  • Can be deleted at any time via your browser settings (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Local storage).

As we use no third-party tracking cookies, no cookie consent banner is required under GDPR.

6. Fonts and external resources

The fonts used on this site (Montserrat and Inter) areself-hosted via Fontsource. No calls are made to Google Fonts or any third-party servers when loading the page.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — texts, images, logos, graphic design, and code — is owned by Orkidia Studio or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation without express written authorisation from Orkidia Studio is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Orkidia Studio is not liable for damages arising from interruption of the Site, errors in content, or the actions of third parties. Links to external sites are provided for information only; Orkidia Studio does not control or take responsibility for their content.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from access to or use of the Site shall be subject to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under applicable law.
